What is Best Food Trucks?

Best Food Trucks (BFT) is a tool for organizers to connect with vendors in their area.  An organizer can post their events and recurring vendor lots using filters to control things like cuisines, frequency and which vendors.  Vendors who have been chosen to participate can then book into the events or lots. When the vendor has booked and paid, the funds are transferred to the organizer and the vendor shows up on the schedule.  Booking instructions are emailed to the vendor and a reminder is sent before the event.  Vendors can upload their permits, menu and pictures to their vendor…
